These Terms and Conditions apply to the QLS Workforce Messaging SMS program.
Program Description
QLS Workforce Messaging provides low-volume operational SMS communications to employees and authorized workforce members who have opted in to receive messages.
Messages may include work documentation reminders, task-completion notifications, schedule or status updates, operational notifications, and follow-up requests asking recipients to acknowledge or confirm completion.
QLS Workforce Messaging is not used for advertising or promotional marketing.
How to Opt In
Eligible recipients may opt in to QLS Workforce Messaging by texting START to +1 575-222-8120 after receiving information about the SMS program through an approved non-SMS company communication or onboarding process.
By texting START, you consent to receive recurring operational text messages from QLS Workforce Messaging at the mobile number used to opt in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on operational needs.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent and received.
Opt Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages from this SMS program will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
