QLS respects the privacy of employees and authorized workforce members who participate in the QLS Workforce Messaging SMS program.

When you participate in QLS Workforce Messaging, we may collect your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in and opt-out status, consent records, and information associated with messages sent to or received from the QLS Workforce Messaging program.

How We Use Mobile Information

Mobile information is used to provide workforce-related operational communications. Messages may include work documentation reminders, task-completion notifications, schedule or status updates, and operational follow-up notifications.

Mobile Information Sharing

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent information will not be transferred to third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging service, except as required by law or as necessary for service providers that support delivery of the messaging service.

Opting Out

You may opt out of QLS Workforce Messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.
